The lunch at the recent Wise Traditions Conference held in Thomond Park featured the delicious Attyflin Estate Apple Nut Crumble as dessert, prepared by Masterchefs Hospitality.
Thank you to Denis and the team for creating such a scrumptious and healthy eating dessert from our artisan range of apples grown and hand-picked on the Estate.
The Attyflin Estate recognises the opportunity in the gravitation towards ‘back to basics’ with consumers looking for a greater connection with the food they buy and the associated health & wellness benefits that derive from environmentally friendly added-value produce, essentially artisan foods.
With this ethos to the fore, we were delighted to have had the opportunity of showcasing our product at this hugely popular and kindred event.
